Was seated at a station for 35 minutes. No one came to help me, so I left without a manicure. Everyone was just standing around and talking to themselves.

The worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. I never write reviews about anything but I wanted to write a review about this horrible nail place so no one has the same experience as me. I came to this nail salon place on June 12th around 6pm and my nail tech was an male of Asian decent. First of all he really mest up my cuticle by cutting it. My cuticle was bleeding, it burned and stung. And the nail tech guy just acted very nonchalant about it, like it was no big deal. He did not apologize or offer a discount. When he removed my cuticles he messed them up as seen in the photo below. I asked for a discount because he literally cut my skin open and it was bleeding. He said he would take $5 off, but $5 off isn’t enough. Then to top it off my nail broke days after getting them done. The nail tech guy did not try to fix things after I told him how this isn’t okay and should never happen. He just offered the $5 off and tried to get me out the door. I would never recommend to place to anyone and I will never come back. Which sucks because it was convenient since it was in the mall. I hope that I can help one person with this review. This is unfortunately the truth and this place of business is one you should stay far away from.

If I could give no stars I would. I went into this nail salon twice today. They do not speak to you upon entering. I asked for a nail repair and they ignored me at first. They asked for me to come back tomorrow keep in mind the website and door states they close at nine. It was only 7:22 to be exact and I asked why I would have to come back tomorrow. One woman stated no one there knew how to do a nail repair. Out of seven employees no one knows how to do nails. Than they said they closed at 8 pm. I was upset and they will never get any of my money.

Christina was my nail tech and she was very pleasant, took her time, and did an excellent job on my powder dip nails. The only issue is a couple of the diamonds on my nails fell off only after a couple days, but I will definitely go back to see her. She was very grateful for me and continuously thanked me for coming. My only issue with the company is they don’t have the powders painted on fake nails to help choose a color. They have tons of colors but you have to look at the wall and open each one to see what you would like. The people in charge were very grateful and showed me gratitude all throughout my visit.
