why the phone is busy? Is there some other way to reach the restaurant to make a reservation?

You usually don't need a reservation during the week

tried off hours, tried on hours, tried sending them email - no response, open table page is down. The phone is busy all the time. Very disappointed, wanted to take my girlfriend to per-theatrical dinner to this NY Landmark on Friday. I wish somebody from the restaurant read this post and response.

It can be busy. We reserved by phone. Worth it

Go online. Much easier.

Call early in the day.

Done call pre theatre.

It's just that busy. I would suggest calling off hours.
