I rarely come on here to give negative reviews but I feel like I’m being played with and I don’t like it. I worked for this company (in the office) for four months and decided that for my mental health I could no longer work there. I decided to quit without giving in my two weeks. On Friday when I was waiting on my direct deposit it did not hit, I logged into the app which informed me that my direct deposit had been stopped. I then reach out to an office staff who informed me that they did not know if my check was in the office that they will reach out to me. ( they did not) after waiting I reached out to a higher up that informed me that my Direct deposit was stopped because I did not give me my two weeks which I feel should be added to the employee handbook. It’s been Four days and I still haven’t gotten the money that I have worked hard for. If I do not get my check by Wednesday I will have no other choice but to contact the Department of labor and inform them of what ya are doing to people that no longer wants to work for your company. To Answer to your response I did email the Director of payroll on Friday and like I said he stated that he does not know if my check was in the office and that he was going to get back at me which he did not, I had to email him again today. It does not take that long for checks to arrive to the Destination once it’s mailed. And yes the employee handbook does state that I would Have to give two weeks but it doesn’t say anything about stopping somebody direct deposit especially for people that HAVE to work to make a living to pay bills and provide for their families. DO NOT PLAY WITH PEOPLE MONEY . That is something that should be addressed in the employee handbook.

I am beyond disappointed with the way this agency works. My son has a case in this agency and i can bever rwach yhe crd. I asked to speak with the higher uphe goes by the name of Reggie ( grown man ) and I was just getting more angry by the minute. I will call the insurance to take my case elsewhere.
