I applied for unemployment but still haven't received my benefits nor the card. It's been three months
I file and for 2 weeks now no benefit it's really really really hard to get anyone on the phone. Automated machines making so difficult for you to get anyone on the phone
It’s been 10 weeks since I filed my UIB claim, I have not received a payment or response to 3 of my attempts to contact the DOL via their secured messaging system. The telephone claims line is hanging up on my ever time I call at all hours of the day.
My company closed in January 2020 before the pandemic. My unemployment benefits were approve early February and I received my card. I didn't see a single penny until June 2020. Goodluck!

I filed my unemployment on June and I haven't received anything until today . I can't get the agent its only the automatic voice , they say they have to verify my identification from id.me I did it they also video call me people from id me but the DOL didn't update my infos. So I'm here no money . I don't know if I have to go to the office

Your posts are chilling. I am applying for the first time in my life and experiencing similar to what you all post. I cannot find a link on the online service to upload my documents. The offices are all closed. I have called several times and the people I eventually talk with give different stories and addresses. Or are downright rude. Does anyone know how to upload documents to certify a claim? Probably an effort in vain but might as well try.
I been waiting for 2 years now cuz of identity fraud and had to get all of my personal identification paperwork updated and do to the Pandemic to get any personal paperwork it have to be through appointment and waiting for all my personal paperwork to send back to the D.O.L since it really Took to long to get to me my claim expired now that I have all my paperwork updated and submitted everything the way D.O.L asked me for so that I could start Receiving my weekly benefits the way thay sed I verified everything that I really was asked for and also to get clear with IDME and the last step was to send my w2 forms from 2020 I had it to wait for it to be review from the last time that I sent it is really been going on now 2 to week to a months and still haven't get a answer and every time I call to try to get in contact with someone is really always difficult and I'm always getting the run around I really don't know what to do anymore
I am a recipient of unemployment since last year I reapply for benefits for this new year send in all of my info along with what the already have my payment method igot a correspondence with my payment approve to date I still wait for it to be put into my acc.
