If you have the time, a cheaper route is to take the airporter shuttle ($16) to Grand Central Station and then the Metro-North railroad to Beacon station ($16.75) finally Uber to Stewart ($25) Otherwise, an Uber straight from JFK to Stewart will be a minimum $120
About a 2hr drive
It's a hike ! I would allow two hours.
