If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a box, with AirPods inside, return label printed from Amazon. I just didn’t have any tape at home, so I asked to buy some. But the worker behind the desk said he would tape up my box for me. He scanned my label, gave me my receipt, and I was on my way. A week later my tracking said package was dropped off, but still hadn’t moved from the UPS facility. I went in person the next Tuesday to see if I could make a report for my missing package. The lady acted like I was a nuisance, when in reality they had lost my package valuing over 200$. She took my name and number, said she would investigate and call me back. Two days passed and still nothing. So I went once again. The same lady acted once again like I was a nuisance. Completely forgot what I had told her the last time and once again took my number and name. She said she was going to check the security cameras around that time to see what happened. But in the meantime I should call Amazon because they would give me a refund regardless. Thank God for Amazon! It’s been 24 hours and I still have heard nothing back from her. There’s two options to what could have happened to my package. #1 The young man behind the desk took the Airpods for himself. #2 They got lost in the disastrous state the store is in. Either way, this package was their responsibility. I’m very disappointed and will not be bringing a package here again. Customers beware.

Horrible. Everytime I go there the women always has a bad attitude. Never helpful and just rude.

Horrible customer service, as you can see majority of the reviews state the same. I dropped off 2 packages a week ago. One shows no movement. I contacted the store several times to get help but they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Today I called 5 times to no answer so I decided to drive to the location. When I arrive I call the store and walk in, 3 representatives behind the counter, 1 assisting customers, the other 2 right next to the phone and didnt even bother to answer it. Its a complete circus at this location I recorded everything on my other phone as proof. The guy that assisted me was very disrespectful. I was seconds away from going behind the counter and punching him in his face for his disrespectful remarks. People like this should not be working behind a counter. If those cameras at the location work MANAGEMENT should really take a close look and hear audio because I cant make this up. Representatives like these are the ones that go viral on social media. Sooner or later they will come across someone whos gonna match the same energy that they are putting out. You guys dont even deserve one star. At this point I feel like my package was stolen by the workers. It was a expensive item.

I understand that. It just seems like it happens every time. And it's 30 minutes away, so sometimes it's important to call and not drive for an hour for a question. 😅
I'm afraid I cannot speak to that other than to say it gets extremely busy there sometimes with the customer's being attended to in person so perhaps answering the phone takes second priority?
Yes. That's what I do. It feels strange handing them an item with no box or anything but yea. Phone and return is all you need now
