Omg !! Thank God I’m out of these apartments. I stayed there 2 years and even though the apartments are reasonable in size. The rent goes up every 6 months to make it hard to manage or kee on a straight budget. The walls are so thin you hear everything. If you have small children these are not the apartments for you. Especially if you live underneath someone that is inconsiderate of there noise making while doing grown people actions. The many compliants I reported nothing seem to work. If you want a good night sleep forget it there was times neighbors was so loud I didn’t go to sleep for a week straight. And I work in the health care long hours and early morning especially during covid. Yes the apartments are clean but a lot of people don’t follow the smoking rule even though they try to enforce it. Other than the thin walls and rent going up every six months it was okay. But not ideal. I’m just glad I got my sleep back and my rent doesn’t go up as often . Or at all!!

Temple Hill Apartments has mostly 1 bedroom apartments. The wait depends on when the size and location of the apartment you want to become available. The management company has many other properties and rent levels and they sometimes become available. Apply to then as well if you're interested in hearing if they have openings. I live at Temple Hill and do not represent management in any way. I moved in the apartments last year before construction of the last buildings where complete so i didn't have to wait back then but a friend who moved in at the same time waited for a year.
