Because. Ive noticed if your more of a delight. Ie-bright, kind and treat the employess with the respect they deserve without yelling at them. You might wait a little bit but they will serve you better. They are treated soo poorly that they think that the next guy will be thesame unless you take my suggestion. One case, a lady yell at a manager for two hours.... over the new hours which ive suggested a change to google but thsy have yet to change.... or more customers would know that they have new hours. The new hours help to avoid cash-only hours which everyone hates.... So please keep in mind they have a change over like most mc,donalds. Its anywhere from 30mins to an hour and a half depending on customers.

Its a busy place, and the guality control is not there. Nobody checks orders, to ensure accuracy. Don't think its bad management, its more of a training issue, its hard to manage,when their cooking,ringing up customers and keep track of employees, and at the same time handling upset customers because of mistakes or bad customer service.. its a vicious cycle.

It can be cause lock of training and bad management,but all this is changing some how do to people's questions and reviews. so please keep asking questions to make places more enjoyable.
