I went to this location with a friend as they needed some help moving some things in their space. Rose was out on property and asked us how our day was going like we were neighbors. Did she need to no, but it was really nice as I had some things going on and was in relatively a bad mood. Rose's kindness changed my day! Thank you Rose!

Chez (shay) is simply one of the kindest nicest most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Edwina the lady who originally helped me with my unit was awesome too. Safe secure well managed...the people are absolutely amazing....now as far as corporate goes they do jack your rent after 6 months so beware they will raise the price of your storage locker. Mine went from 180 to 220 per month after 6 months. Thank God I moved out the month they raised my price by 40 dollars! Has nothing to do with the people who work there. The facility itself is very safe and well kept managed properly by the employees. But the price increases are outrageous!

Terribly maintained storage units. I rented a unit and the next day we got a snow storm. I hadn't put anything in the locker yet and went back 3 days after the snow storm to start putting stuff in. When I got there I opened the locker and found a pile of snow and ice inside the locker unit. I unloaded some things into the locker and then went to the front office to speak with the manager. I be asked her if someone from maintenance could fix the door because when it's closed I can still stick my arm under the door. She told me no they won't fix it and wouldn't even look at it. Her solution was that I should go buy a pool noodle and stick it on bottom of door to fill the gap. I told her that was not an acceptable solution. I just rented the unit and was just moving into it and it's not my responsibility to fix their unit. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her to cancel the storage then and refund the money as I can't use the unit. She said no we don't offer any refunds. I explained to her that I just got it and haven't even used it due to this problem. I couldn't put my stuff in there when animals can get under the door and make a home in my stuff. She said she understood but Public Storage isn't interested in fixing anything there and it's not an uncommon problem there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY RENTING THEIR UNIT. I'm in the process of disputing their charges with credit card company now. They are a total fraud there is many other options in Blaine. Use any of the other ones they can't be worse. Also ignore most of the 5 star reviews, they actually pressure you into print a 5 star review on Google at checkout before you even enter your storage unit. I said ok I'll do it when I get home. The guy helping me that day said just take your phone out you can't do it now. I told him no I'll do it later if I decide to and should've known something was up when they were pressuring me to leave a review before even using their services!

Edwina was amazing! She was easy to work with, always understanding and made this stay in my 2 lockers exceptional to say the least. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and everything she did made you feel "special." Very highly recommend this location to others, easily! She's the best!

I find the staff at this location to be quite helpful, and friendly. Better than other locations I've worked with in the past.
