Our waiter Will was the best and did a great job! Food was good.. Large burger was a bit of a soggy sorry sight and hard to eat near the end. Drinks were cold and timely. Was a bit of a wait initially (30 mins) with 10+ visible empty tables at check in and at time we were seated.. Not sure why they weren't interested in serving drinks+ apps till they got caught up.

The food was outstanding and very quick, efficient service! The 3 gals "seating people", however, were disorganized, not communicative and nonsensical. So many open spots, 15 - 20(?), yet a 1/2 hour wait for 2 of us. One gentlemen was alone and asked if he could wait in the bar area until there was seating available and was told. "No". They said no food in the bar to others, yet proceeded to seat people there. No clue. Our server was training a new young man in and they were both wonderful. Attentive, considerate, quick and accurate. They, (and the cooks), made it worth the front entryway fiasco in the beginning, which was so ridiculous, I almost... ALMOST, began to find it humorous. Much like watching the Keystone Cops.

Ordered the Pick Three Appetizers (Onion Petals, Cheese Curds, and Mango Habanero Chicken Strips). Chicken was very crispy and the sweet/heat combination worked very well! Ancho Chili Grilled Salmon had a nice crispiness to the bottom side and a tasty, Southeastern style topping but, it was a little overcooked. My Dry Rubbed Ribs and Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage platter was very good. Ribs were perfectly tender with a great post cook sear that gave the underside a nice, flavorful char! Loved the spice rub too. One of the best non-smoked ribs we've ever had. More savory than spicy. Needed a substitute for fries and bread and cheerfully received a great side salad in a chilled bowl and a generous amount of steamed broccoli. Really enjoyed our dinner!

chili’s. why have you forsaken me all i wanted was some chicken and? this? extremely depressing i got their house bbq chicken wing lunch and it was so not worth 10$. Its honestly embarrassing for chili’s that they think this is cool and fine two stars instead of one because of the four tiny pieces of chicken i actually got they were very good.
