Parking anywhere downtown on a Saturday will be hit or miss. We try to park near the train tracks when we eat at Salty Pelican, if we can't find something right on Center.
The nicer the weather the harder it is to find a parking spot.
I agree with the other comments. We try to park next to tracks if possible.
Same thing here we parked on the other side of the tracks adjacent to the ocean and walked.
