Absolutely incompetent system. They’ll let you wait beside the resister for an hour before looking into why your order is taking so long. After realizing the order didn’t go through to the kitchen, they didn’t bother prioritizing my order since they had made a mistake. They didn’t apologize for their error either, or even try to make it right. The worst experience on the island, no question.

Mountain Notter- I have reached out to our mozzarella cheese company, which is the cheese that we use on our pizzas, and they have updated me on the enzymes in the cheese. It contains rennet which is an enzyme all mozzarella needs in order to curdle. It is a non- pork enzyme. Hope this helps!
