I started out feeding 3 ferel cat's about a year and a half ago and since then they have mutiplied quickly. There are now 10 or more my neighbors are complaining and the cost of food is getting expensive. I don't know what to do

There is a program that will fix ferel cats for free. I believe both RAL and SPCA has the program. Stop the first problem, reproduction. Then call RAL, SPCA and some private organizations to see if they can relocate some or maybe even house some. One organization that comes to me is AARF. I'm sure they have a web site or FB page. It goes without saying. don't feed strays. But in your situation, I may have done the same. I hope this helps.

Call the RAL they're very friendly and helpful to my husband and I,We took one of the kitten that we been feeding in our deck.
