RAL does spay and neuter for free but you have to call get an get app . You have to trap the cats the night before the app take them and pick them up. Trapping a family and releasing by them back in the wild is good for mother and siblings. I did it and loved having them around. The mother and son are left. They are so affectionate with each other. I have over a thousand pictures of the four.
THE BEST PLACE WOULD BE AN ANIMAL SHELTER. THE ANIMALS THAT GO TO RAL COMES FROM SHELTERS. THAT'S NOT A DROP FACILITY
Cindy, I don't believe they take drop offs. You can call Monday to ask, but I think your best bet would be your county or city shelter.
I have two big i dogs
I would definitely take them to RAL.
