I am very annoyed at the way Renata did my pixie cut on 9/2/22 . She needs retraining. It was after I saw my hair in the light in my bathroom I really saw the disaster. She used 3/4 of one circle of my 27 pieces to do my hair. She layered the hair very thin and I was overcharged for a horrible job. She cannot due a neat center it is a disaster. The closure was NOT used. Kim does a good job she did my initial cut. I wish I had waited for her. But I am scarred I am never going back I'm too angry. Kim charged me $95. Renata charged me $110 for this disaster. Look at the pictures and see how disgusting my hair looks. I had to come home and try to cut it better to hide the empty spaces. She left all the colored pieces in my hair. Blue, red and white stray pieces. You can clearly see a blue piece. Very shoddy job. I posted 7 pictures. I don't know why only two are there. It's Renata that cannot do a pixie cut not Kim. Kim is warm and friendly. The owner's response is a lie. I did not give Renata those instructions. I brought TWO boxes of hair.

I called last minute and was able to get in that day! When I walked in everyone working there was doing hair; I was STILL greeted immediately. That’s always nice and important for establishments to do! I was having a “hair emergency” and needed a weave removal done. The pricing was fair. Tamia did my hair me she was a very polite, paid attention to detail, and took care of me very well! I was in and out in no time and very satisfied. The shampoo chair leg part goes up so you can have legs elevated and relax! Great place; definitely come in if you’re looking to get your hair done. Lastly I’m here visiting family from Arkansas and next time I’m in the area I’ll for sure be back!

Kim was great. She did a great job on my hair. Everyone was professional. As I am new to town she gave me some added information to help me get acclimated to this new city. I will be returning.
