My neighbor got a kitten and has since placed it outside. She doesn't take care if it and I've learned shes moving and not taking it with her.
Where can I find help for this kitten? I have 6 rescued animals & cant do anymore.

I would call ral, they may have someone who can foster it until it can be adopted
