Yes, but they will mail it to you not print it same day. It will arrive within two weeks after you show (1) citizenship and (2) identity and (3) submit the application to them in person. Fastest way to do this is with a passport or a "Real ID" from one of a particular set of states that shows identity plus guarantees citizenship. Otherwise, you'll need (1) your birth certificate and (2) your state or DC issued ID/driver's license.
