I called Fairfax imaging center to make an appointment for a chest xray. I was put on hold for 50 minutes. Yes 50 minutes; then the receptionist picked up the phone saying: “For Xrays, we don’t make appointment, just walk in. That’s horrible!

And a long wait in the waiting room for walk in xrays as well, even when not crowded... I waited over an hour. You’d think during Covid they’d at least have me wait in the car. 😩

There is one receptionist that is horrible and makes bad decisions like that - I had my own experience and made a complaint. My imaging tech though was amazing and very pleasant. Her name is Alma.

Yah this place is pretty bad, Im sorry you had to waste an hour to find that out. I had very similar issue only I waste 3hours wauting in their wating room!!! I would not go there if I was you, might get even worse for you. Good luck!
