This place is just another pill mill for big pharma to profit from. The countless tax dollars wasted on this dump and all of the Non-Profit organizations (Pyschiatric Rehabilitative Services, in particular) that have ties to this establishment is astounding. What's more amazing is that the human rights division is an innternal body which is a clear conflict of interest. Therefore nobody is ever held accountable for any wrong doing.

This taxpayer funded entity abuses it's power over the vulnerable population it serves. The CSB is reckless and irresponsible and consistently falsifies their patients' medical records with damaging information based on no medical criteria, then forces patients to fight them tooth and nail to clear their names. Shame on the CSB for showing such disrespect for the people it serves!

Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate. Thank you so much for helping me.

This is my first visit to this facility. I checked in with my son who is having severe disability for assessment. During our stay he encountered an episode of anxiety, agitation and tendency to abnormal behavioral acts. The staff were really helpful and understanding. I would like to thank them all for their support and in particular Ms Stacy Riley the Crisis Intervention Specialist, who took care of the patient , fed him , calmed him down , brought him toys etc. She behaved humanly and did her work professionally. Despite the long waiting hours and the fatigue her human touches and professionalism in discharging her duties gave me as a father a lot of satisfaction and relieved my stress . You are an amazing human being. Our great nation is going through hard times and needs cure in many aspects but I believe one of the utmost cures is that people discharge their duties honestly , professionally and humanly. Thanks to Stacy and the entire staff for their support. Feel the pride and move on

There is a peer center on the main floor, might check there. Training varies and varies statewide, some certification, CPS, and billing for services, so requirements used to be able to work, which kinda DisQualifies a lot of DisAbled. LMEC may know more as one of the older consumer run, plus it's an employment center too (mostly office software). They (Laurie Mitchel Employment Center) are around in Edsall by Social Security and Service Source (ID, electronic recycling, etc). VOCALVirginia.org may have more info. HTH
No they are closed Saturday and Sunday. They are open 8-7 Monday through Thursday and 8-5 on Friday. The actual Merrifield center is however open if you need to see a doc or get new prescription written.
Not usually a function of community service board, more landlord, though maybe have some step down programs like half way houses for mental health, substance abuse, etc. Check with your case manager, and/,or the info desk at the main floor of the building. HTH
Try The Lamb Center, they have showers, mail pickup, food, and more. Merrifield has coffee and art study and food referrals and very helpful people.
