Lost my package 4 months ago, every week it’s “next week I’ll have an answer” Heidi has an excuse every time I call. 4-5 months ago she advised she’d get me full value of my product … all I want is the basic $100 insurance and I can’t even get that. I call multiple times a week and it’s the same lame excuse from her. Her follow up with me is non existent. I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate as she refused to give me her supervisors name and number.

Staff is very unhelpful. After speaking to UPS customer Service on the phone and presenting the solution they gave me. The service tech named Amber still refused to accept the Amazon return I was dropping off. Also refused to help come to a solution, and offer turned her back to me to communicate with other employees. (which was either mocking or talking junk). Each time she turned back around she presented with an attitude and psudo-cheeful Customer service tone. After ever solution I came to and other employees suggested, she snapped at us and refused each solution. Seems like this location doesn't project the type of customer service that is expected of a well established business.

I wish I could give this place a zero. There was one mouthy customer service lady. She wasn't even waiting on me but got involved with my business. I don't get things notarized every day. I honestly did not know that you had to sign in front of the person. Their website says to bring a government ID. So I did. So then I have to hear how the service can't be done. Now I'm stuck having to do the form all over again. On the way out the door, I heard the mouthy customer service lady mock me, saying in a snippy voice,"Thanks for signing your paper." I went back in and said, "Excuse me... Did you say something to me?" The other clerks tried to cover for her, but I know what I heard. She was about 5'2-5'4, brown shoulder length hair, wearing a green shirt. Based on my experience, my opinion is that I would not recommend this place to anybody, nor would I ever go there again. If they have a Distict Manager, he or she needs to deal with this individual, because the others seem to try and help customers.
