Very clean establishment. Simple menu with good food. My omelette came out a bit salty but everything else was top notch. Military decoration and displays are very well maintained. This place is well worth stopping by.

There is smoking inside the back bar where the games are. No smoking in the main bar. I believe at 10pm tonight, or, the last person leaves!
What motel is used for rolling thunder, close to the legion, approx 2 blocks away? Can not remember the name of the motel that post 368 Newport News has used in the past

I believe it called the breezeway but I don't think it's a motel anymore. But there is a Best Western about a mile away. Or you can do a aerial google map of post 177 to see the different hotels in the area.
