Oh yeah you can but only on the paved roads, not on dirt trails. Of course scooters dont ride very well on soft sand anyway

On paved roads only.

Pretty much everywhere in the park there are paved areas. No driving on the beach, which youll throughly enjoy. Look for sharks teeth, they are plentiful!

There are paved roads from the main gate of the park all the way to the Beach and Fort access path locations. This is where you will find parking, and it is actually the same end point for all private passenger vehicles, not only scooters. The park has the "oldest tree canopy" in the nation, and it is a humbling and beautiful experience to pass under the protection of the boughs of such ancient trees. In my opinion it is great whether walking, biking or driving. I hope this answers your question sufficiently.
