Thank you all for the responses to this questions. Yes, this is the real grave stone. Edgar Allan Poe was originally buried in the back of the burying ground and was later moved to the location he is at now with this monument.

It's where Poe is buried. The family plot where he had been is in the back. Poe is buried with his wife/cousin and mother-in-law/aunt.
