Excellent gf pizza and Italian classics

We are an Italian family from Naples visiting Baltimore and I can say this is real Authentic pizza from Naples. The dough is really good, they use CAPUTO flour from italy and fresh homemade mozzarella. We ordered Margherita, Arrabbiata and Troppa carne and they were awesome, however the salsiccia and friarielli was a miss for me, the sausage was typical American sausage and the friarielli weren’t cooked enough nor with enough oil and pepper flakes, so they weren’t very flavorful. We also ate potato croquet which was soo good, and the pesto trio with bread which was good. They have a nice Italian wine selection, we had Ramitello Aglianico. The restaurant was really nice and you could actually see them making the pizzas and cooking them in the firewood oven. Overall would recommend. My only complaint would be that they served us the appetizer and the pizzas at the same time so we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the appetizer without the pizzas going cold.

What a disappointment!! My Granchio Bianche pizza came without artichokes and with only a tiny drop of crab. I mentioned it to the server and told him I wasn’t asking him to take it off the bill since I had already eaten quite a bit of it. He went to speak to the manager and came back announcing that the manager wanted to apologize personally and was coming to speak to us. We waited quite a while and no one bothered to come. The waiter said he was having a meeting with his kitchen staff because it had apparently happened to other customers that night as well. They charged us for the lousy pizza (which tasted like soggy bread with cheese), and the manager was a no show. Altogether the experience left a lousy taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
