DONT DONT DONT USE THEM!I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I paid for fast shipping so in total $40.25 to get my daughters birth certificate. It arrived late and incorrect. They had misspelled my name on it and asked me to write a note about the correction and send it back. So to send it back it cost approximately $15. I called and asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the $15 because this was an error on their part. The lady tried to argue that it is not their error and they put the information they received from the hospital in it. In essence she was arguing that I misspelled my own name and it wasn't in fact the person that types out the information on the Birth Certificate. She was not helpful and tried to blame me for their mistake. I do not recommend them. They are UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

I wish I could give them zero stars!! You would be better off buying a bus ticket, picking it up yourself and then WALKING home. Absolutely AWFUL. I paid the extra $$ for expedited shipping, after waiting for more than two weeks, I reached out to customer service. They didn’t even answer my email within the “typical” timeframe and when they did, it was just to tell me they couldn’t help. Ugh!! What a disappointment!!
