I am dealing with same issue I ordered my birth certificate in October and i am still yet to receive anything. I've emailed customer support asking for a refund and they said the offices are closed for an indefinite amount of time and until they open no certificates credits or refunds will be given...
Well so a friend of mine sent off for his birth certificate from Maryland and still hasn't received it. So I guess im going to have to go above them and hit up the main office.. Im definately not sending that state any 💰
