I've been going here for quite a while now and I really love this place! Very exciting professional experience and my doGod! Dr.smith is I would say more then professional he's like a best friend who listens to EVERYTHING I say thank you for this center god!

This place is a racket, and I would absolutely recommend looking elsewhere. If your considering going here you should know a few things. 1. You get no contact with your doctor outside of the meetings. Not even an email address. 2. They want you to pay $114 deductible everytime you schedule an appointment. 3. there’s no way to get refills outside of these extortion meetings. They literally refuse, don’t have $114? Well you don’t have your medication. 4. They will only give you a 1 month supply of your medication and they want you to meet every month. 5. When I explained that I couldn’t do this anymore, that it wasn’t viable, the reply was “well u have a good day sir” and then a dial tone. This place is ridiculous, it wasn’t until I talked to other people that I learned this wasn’t the norm. Find another office, this place is a scam masquerading as healthcare.

The receptionist is saying things to women who come in there and saying negative things like “if you people would close their legs this wouldn’t happen”. If you’re a business, you should hire more responsible people to run your front desk. Disgusting behavior if this story is true.

Since day one, EVERY ONE at “The Mandela Center” has been nothing but professional and kind to me. I even admire the receptionist team. They are quick to answer and have solved any issues, if I ever had any. Dr. Jordan Schmitter is my psychiatrist and he is extremely kind, caring, and most importantly genuine! He doesn’t make me feel pushed to do something I don’t like. He has never once made me feel uncomfortable. He has so down to earth he makes you feel like family. Jordan, without question, improved the quality of my life. I feel blessed to have found The Mandela Center Team and more so, Dr. Jordan Schmitter.
