Yes there is street parking, alot of one way streets in Baltimore so be careful. The Edgar Allen Poe grave site is only open Thursday through Sunday. Also there are about 12,000 Uber electric scooters everywhere in Baltimore grab scan and go. $1 to activate and $9 an hour to ride.
