Can I expect parking to be available at the Amtrak station tomorrow, Friday, May 24th around 10am? I'm wondering if this being Memorial Day weekend will be a problem. Thank you!!

Between the two garages I have yet to run into a day when there are no spaces. You should be ok, but you may have to go high up in the garage.
