Thank you and i dont think hes held a job since hes been at my house. I know where his parents live but i was told i need his address and phone number. He wont give it to me and has been dodging me. *UPDATE* I know where he lives now and where he works. I gave him answer forms to fill out so we can get the divorce done but he still hasn't done it and it's been a month. I'm going to do an order of default now.

What if you have filed before within the last year and half? He was given time to respond but did not. The pandemic happened and no follow up occurred. Do you have to pay again to reopen the case to file?
