Who do I send expunge record request to?

You submit the Petition for Expungement (and Waiver Form if necessary) and fee to the Court that handled your case. If your case ended in Baltimore County Circuit Court, you would send or file everything there to start the process. It typically takes around 90 days or less to receive a response after filing your expungement paperwork and paying the fee (if required).
