Do they allow Pets? I was looking at buying a condo that came open recently but I have two dogs. I'd imagine as id own it that it's up to me but didn't know what the lifestyle for dogs was there

As each condo is privately owned, rental prices vary. Two bedrooms would go for approximately $1000-1400. Nice place to live. Building comes w/ pool & fitness room. Great neighbors. Location close to everything. We love nice people. Check it out! 😎

What is the parking situation here and what are the monthly parking garage fees?

The parking situation is this: a person whom lives in the building has reserved spaces. There is work that is being done on the maintenance of the parking garage. Others that are visiting Must find a spot, elsewhere.

They have rentals available but I do know for how long. I own my unit. I dont rent it.
