Parking is a total rip off! You almost have to park in the lot next to the court house. Very expensive.

Documents pertaining to a case may be obtained from the Court Clerk. There is a fee of $0.50 per page and an additional fee if you want a certified copy. The Court accepts cash and credit cards (an additional convenience fee is applied to credit card payments).

You would need to go to the Clerk's Office at the Circuit Court for Baltimore County on the second floor. The District Court does not handle divorce cases.

There is metered parking around the court and a parking garage beside the court. I believe parking in the garage is $2.00 an hour up to $10.00 a day. The library adjascent to the garage does validate parking to make the fee half price.

The courthouse is open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. you can visit the courthouse at any time during those hours at the courtroom you're open to the public to view and watch cases as they're being heard.
