Mercedes in the Records Dept, gets 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽! Her professionalism and mannerism was such a pleasure!! I have never recieved so much information in a fast way but not rushed and was head on. She gave me all the information I needed to do what I needed to do. Not all the time are people recognized for there good nature but often times people will complain or point out the wrong. Mercedes was EXCELLENT MATTER FACT MERCEDES IS EXCELLENCE!!! KUDOS TO HER FOR BEING SO AWESOME!!! IF THE ENTIRE COURTHOUSE JUDGES INCLUDED WOULD HAVE HER PROFESSIONALISM AND PATIENCE AND BE SO THOROUGH COURTS WOULD RUN ALOT SMOOTHER!!!! WOW, I HOPE IF I NEED SOMETHING AGAIN TO GET HER. IM ACTUALLY BLOWN AWAY AT HOW AWESOME SHE WAS. IT MEANT ALOT WHEN YOU DEAL WITH PEOPLE WITH NOT SO GREAT ATTITUDES ALL DAY. SUCH A PLEASURE!!!! GIVE HER A TITLE RAISE AND MONEY RAISE. I HOPE YOU ALL VALUE HER! YOU GO MERCEDES!!!🥳🎊🎉

Thank you and i dont think hes held a job since hes been at my house. I know where his parents live but i was told i need his address and phone number. He wont give it to me and has been dodging me. *UPDATE* I know where he lives now and where he works. I gave him answer forms to fill out so we can get the divorce done but he still hasn't done it and it's been a month. I'm going to do an order of default now.

All you need to do to get the ball rolling is to file an Complaint for Absolute Divorce or Complaint for Limited Divorce.
There is a garage nearby within walking distance of the courthouse. I believe it's on Washington Avenue and there is a sign indicating to park there for jury service. Take your ticket with you and they will validate your parking when you leave. Other than the parking garage, street parking (typically metered with a two-hour maximum) is the only other alternative (you won't be permitted to leave to refill the meter). Thank you for participating in our justice system as a potential juror.
No, you should have your lawyer contact the court to inform them
You submit the Petition for Expungement (and Waiver Form if necessary) and fee to the Court that handled your case. If your case ended in Baltimore County Circuit Court, you would send or file everything there to start the process. It typically takes around 90 days or less to receive a response after filing your expungement paperwork and paying the fee (if required).
I would like to know the answer to this as well. Have found out anything? Can you put the house up for sale yourself?

The police have the option of filing charges against an individual but they would have to establish probable cause that a crime occurred. You may want to speak to the police officer who responded to the scene to determine if they are going to file charges.
