Correct somewhat...110 for adults that's not lost or have been expired for more than 2yrs...if so 190..80 minors ...15 for the photo that can only be taken there now....which is paid to the photographer...do not notorize anything as a notary is on site...went there 3/2021...
$110 for adult and $80 for minor cash only and yes you have to get your forms and 1 picture notarized by the same notary, and your pictures have to be taken at a photo studio because they don't accept passport pictures from Wal-Mart, Walgreens or CVS.
