Is it posible to renew my passport on line ? I have been ill sometime and it is vey hard for me to go to nyc . I can’t not go on my own and I don’t have any one available during the hours that the embassy is open to take me .

I also renewed my passport recently and as far as I know, you have to do it in person. Hope this helps.
