If you chose to rent, dont except an apartment on the bottom if it's by woods. My daughter and grandbaby couldn't get in the apartment because a snake was lying in front of our door. My husband had to kill it. I went to push in screen but I didn't see the snake beside account unit. Be careful and good luck.
