Waiting room stinks of vomit. Although the web application let me check in on my phone and wait in my car no one texted me to tell me they were ready. I walked in after waiting 15 minutes and they were yelling my name when I walked in. I told her I was waiting for a text and she said verbatim, "You're not gonna get one our system is down." Nice.

My experience was great. I did everything online and when it was time for my appointment I waited only a few minutes after being called inside. The front desk lady wasn't the friendliest but she wasn't rude so it didn't bother me. The young lady that took my drug test was really nice. My test came back in two days, so I would definitely use this location again.

The hours posted on line are not correct anyone after 2:00 won't be seen with gas prices way they are they can't even correct hrs of service what a joke and they think it's funny

With all the talk about people being rude I went in expecting it, but I found everyone there to be pleasant and helpful. Didn't have to wait too long and the needle didn't hurt.
