I moved into these apartments on April 15th. First off, I was given a roach infested refrigerator to use, which was replaced 5 days later. Then the walls are peeling with roaches living inside of the walls. This building has not kept up with any of its maintenance or sanitary conditions. Second, they have been using 30 year old pipes that burst out with mildew and I have photos to prove it. The water has been flowing thru those pipes causing me to have a bad breakout. After moving in, I have had light fixture problems, broken appliances such as the toilet and oven tops, plumbing issues, and much more. And to top the cherry, I have been living with roaches for over 3 weeks now and they have caused my anxiety level to rise extremely high. I have requested pest control over 3 times and it does not work for anything and they cannot seem to use the proper tools to get this roach infestation problem gone. These roaches literally live in these old walls which have not been kept up at all. They just seem to keep painting over cracks and not fix any of the infestation problems. It is so bad, I am literally killing and fighting small roaches everyday and I cannot live like this. These roaches crawl on me while im sleep. That is not okay. I should not be afraid to sleep in my bed and twitch every 5 minutes because i think its a roach on me! That is unsanitary! Someone needs to fix this immediately before I get the health department involved and the state!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It takes years to get issues resolved at the Waters Edge Apts . Then they give the residents a 17% increase on the rent !
