Lajuana will keep her resident's informed on different things, that’s going on around the property. She has been getting the job done, along with her maintenance crew to beautify the property. "By Giving this Complex a New Face Lift”. She is a wonderful and beautiful empress that loves to do her job just right. In addition, Lajuana is friendly with the resident's at Northwood Apts. I recently moved here, so far so good! Any concerns I did have the managers (Mrs. LaJuana & Leigh) handled them immediately! They keep the halls & grass clean! & the maintenance men are always on point! Its also quiet! I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to move!

The actual apartment is okay, I mean you get what you pay for. The maintenance guys are very friendly and professional. They will actually show you how to fix issues if they are simple. However the office is awful. The receptionists are very lovely sweet ladies. The manager seems to try and pull fast ones so read your paperwork carefully. Extremely money hungry it comes off as. I hope they were honest mistakes but it’s very shady. For example I read my paperwork luckily because when you go to leave you have 30 days before your lease is up to let them know you won’t be re signing your lease before you have to pay for next month as well. I was way before 30 days and she tried to claim that it’s 60 days before hand and I would have to pay for April as well as March. I asked her to send me where in the paperwork it says 60 days and she apologized and said it is 30 days. Now, I was out completely on the 30th and the 31st was my last day and I had till midnight of the 31st to vacate completely and turn in my keys. I turned my keys in at around 4pm ish on the 31st and now she is claiming she closed her books at noon on the 31st so she can’t close me out till the 1st of April so now I have to pay for April 1st as well which is completely wrong. However on my account it is showing rent for the entirety of April. So yes, read your paperwork because they will try and squeeze money out of you any way they can if you’re too trusting. Everyone else there is fantastic and I had no issues.

No, they are still in business, its okay if you dont mind spending the money for plenty of Raid! They did fix the rat problem. If you chose to rent, dont except an apartment on the bottom if it's by woods. My daughter and grandbaby couldn't get in the apartment because a snake was lying in front of our door. My husband had to kill it. I went to push in screen but I didn't see the snake beside account unit. Be careful and good luck.
