I am in Kansas City and we cannot find my brother, is there any way that we can find out if he is in any of the shelters in your area?

Unfortunately, we cannot disclose who is and who is not at our facility due to HIPAA laws and you'll probably encounter that same issue at any other shelter or program. Like Steven said, feel free to leave a voicemail and we'll pass it on to a counselor. If your brother happens to be in our program, he'll have the option to make contact. Sorry we cannot help more!

Do to Hipa laws, we cant confirm or deny if a client is in program or not. You can call and leave a message. The message will be passed on to a counselor. If one is here the message will be passed on. Its the clients decision to make contact or not. Hope this helps some.
