That varies from one insurance company to the next as to how much, if any, of your personal insurance will cover you if you have an accident. The best thing do is call your insurance company and ask about the level of coverage you have.
If you have insurance that covers third parties, you only have the insurance certification with a valid date of one month no less and that's it, you don't have to buy theirs because it is not mandatory
i called and they told me i have to use their insurance, i always use my own at Dollar.
Ur insurance will be sufficient if there is any damage to the vehicle...but if nothing happens to the car your insurance will not be touched
Call your insurance and confirm they will cover a rentsl car. I was told outright that they will not accept any other insurance but theirs
I'd take the advice of Mel Cape.
check with your insurance company and make sure they will cover a rental car. I never get their insurance they charge way too much and some credit cards will cover the insurance
You don't need insurance for a rental vehicle.
