Is this restaurant super noisy or can a group of people talk, laugh, and generally just have an enjoyable evening? I see comments about spanking and such. From your perspective is it really that obnoxious?

Obnoxious? Not at all! A great place for a fun evening with friends but perhaps not your cup of tea. If you're looking for quiet. The food is fantastic! The staff is excellent! The accordion music! It's all good fun! Even the spanks

Obnoxious? Not even close but if you are looking for a fun night out East Side Restaurant is definitely the perfect place! I have been going to East Side Restaurant since I was a child with my family and have continued going with my family! It's an East Side tradition!

A place that's puts you into the mood for fun. Can be a bit noisy but nothing that would interfere with conversation or your meal. Perhaps your group might get a little noisy and join into the atmosphere.

It can get noisy. Go for the food not conversation.
