We've had a great experience with our son living at Newington Tower these past 9 months. The place is really clean, safe, and the management is especially responsive and helpful. Zero complaints! A shout out to Katherine, who has been a great property manager.

My boyfriend and I moved to Newington Towers during the pandemic, and we couldn’t have been more happy with our 1 year there. The front office is quickly accommodating if you need something, the maintenance employees are so attentive and welcoming, and the concierge always greeted us with a smile in the evenings. The apartments are huge, and the two bath was a big win. It was very affordable and looked great, another win. The only thing I would recommend the towers should invest in is an automatic door entrance for individuals that are disabled or elderly. The door is oddly heavy and I think that would be a helpful addition to many people in the building. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend.

Great management and convenient A lot has changed in the the past two years. Management has been great and seems to really care and get to know about their tenants; they're also very responsive if you have an issue. A lot of the college kids from CCSU were not welcomed back a few years ago and it appears the ones who I have met have been properly vetted through because they're not loud or obnoxious. They don't treat the place like the dorm room. Otherwise it's quiet, gated parking is nice and it's close to everything.
