I'm so glad I came to this branch today. The woman Jasmine that helped me really went above and beyond for me. I was pretty upset over some fees that incurred because Geico made a mistake and charged me the total wrong amount ending up making one of my accounts go negative, in turn I was charged some fees when I didn't even screw up, Geico did. Jasmine was so kind and funny, she reversed the fees for me and turned my frown upside down with her shining personality. ✨️ thanks for being such a kind person and for putting all that awesome energy into the universe, we need more people like you working in customer service.

The thing about this branch is that it is the norm to have a line out the door, with people lined up to the parking lot, and only 2 tellers working the line. Management never steps in to fill the need. Even the friendliness of the tellers can't save this branch from a 1 star rating You'll have a better/faster experience at the Kensington branch
