We had an appointment for 10:50 we got there a little late but no big deal they had us go in did the paperwork obviously we paid and done deal in and out 10 min! Very happy how the new system is working out.

Would you guys mind putting a way to purchase temporary plates online for the individuals that know how to work with Computers and New Registrations? This could save time for most individuals that need temp. plates to take their vehicle to a shop or just register their vehicle. We're putting our information on the computer, the same way ypur workers are doing it. All we ha e to do is print out the paperwork... Some of us have printers, this makes it more convient, keep meeting times for those that want to do face to face transactions

I made an appointment today expecting that I would AT LEAST be able to enter the DMV (New Britain location) to sit and wait for my turn BUT NO. Everyone is forced to wait outside in the cold in a mish mash of confused people who made appointments and have no idea why they are being forced to wait outside in the cold. A nightmare of at least 40 in line outside ALL WHO MADE AN UTTERLY USELESS APPOINTMENT. They were not calling those with earlier appointments from the line AT ALL. If you are disabled please rethink going to the DMV. If you need to go with your kids please rethink it too. Our state is run by completely ignorant dips who have no idea how to even successfully execute a simple appointment system.

They were very nice and courteous I didn't have an appointment and the lady got me an appointment immediately so that I can handle my transaction
