I totally agree. I hired them back in 2013 and they were great the whole time. I got a fully favorable decision also 18 months later. They work hard for you. I don't understand all of the negative thoughts either. Sincerely, Angie Newman
This is true, there not bad , I'm was from Boca, the firm Daytona, yet the lawyer was well aware of the hearing personal, my case age, and seemed to address my needs, health coverage, and financial help not worrying about there percentage, you do your part, keep up, there going to be there for you... Team player...
I've been with them for two years they came through for me at disability hearing very happy with outcome.
I've been with them since 2016 and I havent gotten a decision yet. I'm not being contacted by email or anything about my lawsuit. Besides my opponent have 30 days to respond and I havent heard anything and it's been since this pass october.
As did I, with very little effort on my part. Signed, sealed, and they delivered. Everything worked in my favor within 4 months.Contacting by email is your best bet.
The firm's representative said and all pertinent paperwork stated "SSDI cases can take up to 2.5 years. We are talking about the government here. I haven't heard back this week, after checking in, I did only sign up a little over 3weeks ago. I'm concerned my case was dropped or...?, I'm not sure what. I have been receiving a lot of calls, emails from firm's wanting my case.
Yeah ,people saying they did nothing and never called back. I've seen them call me even when it's off hours. And they've sent me paperwork showing a lot they've done in the short time I've had them. And they were a wonderful light at my darkest moment. When workmans comp sent me a denial letter claiming I wasn't hurt on the job. How dare they!! Anyway their office called to tell me they too got the letter and assured me they'd fight for me. This pulled me out of a very dark moment and I'm very grateful for that call.
