I am sure that it's a great place but speaking with the manager with his unwilling and abrupt dismissal of my situation left me wondering is the program designed to keep the less fortunate out. You don't accept grant per diems which helps struggling vets? So you rather they go to the low income drug infested liquor store dominated neighborhoods?. Some people boast about being disabled vets, to me thats a vet who lost limbs during service.....I don't get to say whose disabled or not. To the manager in general you turned me off from you as an individual and the owner may want to check you or not........For some reason I'm unable to respond to your reply. As I said before to the owner you may want to check the manager because I did not tell him I used Ive been clean since Aug 19, 20022. I ask did they accept help from outside sources I never mention per diem he did. I assume that per diems are always in drug infested neighborhoods there is an organization willing to pay up to 6 months but of course I won't need that long. Programs are to be used for help not abused because of laziness. Maybe had a bad day. Maybe the sound of an African American was the issue you see my dilemma sir?. I want to make sure that was not the latter. I am not one to turn away from people such as that I choose to come with every resource available. . It's not about him or me. It's about people in recovery who choose not to recover in dope infested neighborhoods just because they don't have the funds. Thank you for your reply.

I don’t recommend leaving your belongings there. They will let whoever is packing it up or clients steal all of it.

I freaking love this place. It has helped me grow tremendously. It was just the structure I needed. The staff is amazing and actually cares about the clients needs and lives.
