The staff are rude, especially Shawna(who picks and chooses when to be rude) maybe she’s bipolar I’m not sure but the up and down attitude is quite confusing and Lauren. I’ve seen them talk to other tenants in such a nasty manor and both times I witnessed it they didn’t realize I seen the whole thing. They all need to be retrained on how to handle communication. I have plenty of things I needed to address with them especially safety issues regarding the apartments but I refrain and suffer in silence because they make you feel like you’re a nuisance for asking things regarding someone’s livelihood. If you can stay away from here I would and save yourself the stress of dealing with the staff here .

The Administration of the place is excellent, more specifically your server Jessica who is very kind and generous with the guesses helps to make your contract process a little easier despite how complicated it is. Congratulations for your excellent worker Jessi

I am a tenant, I have many problems with the maintenance of the property, they gave it to me with the commitment to make the respective arrangements and it has not fulfilled how sad it is that they play with the well-being of the people persons

Too expensive, look for a nicer place please, apartments are run down, lots of roaches and a lot of ghetto people moving in, I'm moving because I have young children and cannot have them around this.

How can I pay my rent that they did not take out of deposit?
