Yes and right from the hotel outside the gate. Free shuttle to Sea world and universal. $10 per round trip per person to any Disney park. Also there are ubers ready to take you from the park back to the hotel if you want to leave the park earlier or later than the bus. Fee $14

And, check with concierge. They have shuttle buses that run to most of the main attractions in the area. You can get tickets to the parks there as well. They are a Sea World partner.
